Romeo and Juliet Quotation Quiz
A 20 question, multiple-choice quotation quiz. This resource is perfect as a starter / plenary activity, revision task, prep / homework and more. Students are asked to complete the key quotations by selecting the correct word to fill the blank.
This resource also has a challenge task (name the character who said the quotation) and a SUPER challenge task (name the Act and Scene that the quotation is from) in order to extend learning for higher ability students.

Basic Literacy Skills Test - Intervention - Show Progess
I use this basic skills test in my literacy intervention groups in order to highlight areas of weakness in four of the main areas:
Punctuation
Capital Letters
Word Classes
Comprehension
It acts as a fantastic indicator to specific areas of weakness and allows me to give differentiated and focused support to each student. The total score is then given and shown as a percentage. The students will then re-take this test at the end of a 6 week teaching period, at which point my targeted scores are between 80-100%
